Position: Sales Manager – Fast Testing Kits for food and livestock industry (Milk Quality strips, Mycotoxins fast test kits, Animal Diseases kits)

International Innovation Nutrition Pte. Ltd. providing fast and reliable testing kits for industries such as dairy, food and livestock. Our products include milk quality testing kits, rapid testing kits for animal diseases, residues of anti-biotics for meat and and other related solutions. We are expanding our reach into the ASEAN region, South Asia, and the Middle East, and are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for fast testing kits (milk quality kits, animal disease testing kits) in the assigned territories (ASEAN, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Middle East and so on).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and direct clients within the region.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to grow the company’s presence in the target markets.
- Provide training and technical support to clients to ensure a deep understanding of the products.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company and its products.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements in each country.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales management, preferably in medical diagnostics, biotech, or agritech industries.
- Experience in the sales of fast testing kits or similar products is highly desirable.
- Excellent understanding of the dairy and animal health industries in the ASEAN region, South Asia, and the Middle East.
- Strong network within relevant industries is an advantage.
- Ability to travel frequently within the territory.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional regional languages being a plus. proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Results-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
